We bring together individuals navigating life with OCD to share stories and support, so that we can find connection, community and inspire one another.

What you can expect as a Member

Our community, events, and member are pretty special. We have cultivated a safe, empathetic, compassionate community of individuals who just get it when it comes to OCD. We have certified peer support specialists working in the community to share experiences, provide group support, and one on one support. We also have community classes on OCD recovery topics and events with your favorite OCD therapists and advocates. You can connect with other members of the community via the forums, our events, and messaging in the app! HERE is where you find your people!

All of our support/events are online.

  • Share your stories or hear others stories and gain support from those walking similar journeys.
  • Get professional support from trained and certified Peer Support Specialists for when you need it or for ongoing maintenance.

  • OCD Weekly Support groups and individuals peer support sessions: Join today and get support as soon as this week from peer support specialists who not only understand OCD, they live it!
  • Group Support Chats: Engage in live chat sessions with fellow community members focusing on the challenges and triumphs of living with OCD. These sessions provide a safe space for immediate peer support and empathy, fostering deeper connections and encouragement in overcoming obstacles.
  • Podcasts of Previous Events/Sessions: By joining now, you get access to all of our previous events and class sessions included via podcast! We record our sessions so you can revisit them whenever you'd like. We have had sessions with some of our favorite therapists/advocates on topics most all individuals can relate.
